Normal Wear & Tear (Landlord Responsible Repairs)
Reasonable wear and tear is the damage to property resulting from ordinary use and exposure over time. Also referred to as ordinary wear and tear or natural wear and tear. Damages (Tenant Responsible Repairs) Tenant Damages means any damages beyond normal wear and tear caused by Tenant, household members, guests/visitors, or vandalism. This includes damage to the premises itself; to any equipment, features, appliances, landscaping, fixtures, or furnishings in, at or on the premises, and to any Authority owned property. |
