Desert Springs Realty (DSR) & Property Management (PM) was founded by Sylvia Sheng [Broker (B), Property Manager (PM)] on an old but established principle, "Simple Service". What does that mean? Well....If you give your clients good service they will return.
There are many real estate companies in Nevada that just care about the bottom line and will say anything just to get a sale. DSR does not subscribe to that philosophy. If you tell the truth, then you do not have to remember a lie. It is the personal attention and honesty that brings clients back to DSR.

Screening tab: Need to fill in a Rental Application, after viewing a rental property?
Wear & Tear tab: Wear and Tear is normal on a property, but Damages are NOT wear and tear.
Maintenance tab: If you are a tenant and would like to request a repair, whether it is an emergency, a regular repair or a simple request to make an alteration, see this tab for instructions and how to submit a request.
Move Out tab: Need to give a 30-Day Move Out notice to your DSR? Go to the Move Out tab, download the form, print it out and submit it to DSR.
Contact tab: When you are ready to buy or sell your property, use this tab to fill in your information and what you are looking for. Either myself or one of my agents will be in contact with you.
