SYLVIA SHENG (Broker, Property Manager)
Sylvia speaks both Mandarin and English. She started out in the Banking industry with Citibank before making the switch to the real estate field as an Agent and Property Manager (PM) under All Vegas Properties. While enhancing her real estate career she also co-founded a well known magazine, Blue Wind Bi-Weekly. After many years with All Vegas Properties she obtained her Brokers (B) license which sparked the development of her own company, Desert Springs Realty (DSR) & Property Management (PM).

Sylvia's knowledge of sale procedures from start to finish, which include financing to title to closure, etc. allows Sylvia to explain to her buyer or seller what steps should be taken next. Her banking background and experience have helped her negotiate and guide her buyers and sellers through a successful deal. As an Agent, Property Manager and now Broker, Sylvia has taken only the good aspects of real estate and client relations to build a new DSR team. This new DSR team, under Sylvia's guidance subscribes to an old principle, "Simple Service".
There are many real estate agents in the field that just care about the bottom line and will say anything just to get a sale, many property managers that will rent your property to anyone just to get a tenant, and many brokers that don't care about teaching or guiding their agents and property managers. Sylvia does not subscribe to that philosophy. If you tell the truth, then you do not have to remember a lie. If you screen tenants then owners can make better decisions. If you check on tenants then problems can be avoided. If you teach or guide your agents and property managers they will learn. It is the personal attention and honesty that brings clients back to Sylvia. It is the experience, friendly work environment and clear guidance that brings good agents and property managers that want to work under Sylvia and be part of the new DSR team.
