Q: What forms of payment do you accept? 
A: We only accept cashier's check, money order, and online payments through Propertyware. We do
not accept credit card payments in person.

Q: Who do I make the payment out to? 
A: All payments must be made out to Desert Springs Realty (unless otherwise notified). 

Q: How late can I make a payment without incurring a late fee?
A: All tenants have the first five days of each month to make their rent payment without late fees. The
late fee is applied on the sixth day of each month. 

Q: How can I make a payment online? 
A: We use the platform Propertyware to handle all online payments. To sign up, please contact our

Q: Why are there extra fees on my account ledger? 
A: Common fees charged to a tenant's account:
     - Late fee
     - Utilities 
     - Notice fees ($50)
