Applicant Requirements

1. Minimum credit score of 650
2. Good rental history
    - No history of late payments, evictions, etc 
3. Monthly household net income is 3x the rent
​    amount
4. $90 non-refundable application fee per adult
    applicant (we will review your application for
prequalification before requesting the fee)
    - Application fee does not apply to any
       rent/security deposit
    - Payment of application fee does not indicate
       nor guarantee acceptance of application

Required Documents

1. Application form (to be provided by your agent
or our office)
2. Drivers license 
3. Most recent two months paystub/bank
​    statement
