Applicant Requirements
1. Minimum credit score of 650
2. Good rental history
    - No history of late payments, evictions, etc 
3. Household monthly net income is 3x the rent

4. $90 non-refundable application fee per adult
    applicant (we will review your 
    application for prequalification before requesting
    fee)
    - Application fee does not apply to any
       rent/security deposit
    - Payment of application fee does not indicate
       nor guarantee 
       acceptance of application
