A: We only accept cashier's check, money order, and online payments through Propertyware. We do not
accept credit card payments in person. We do not accept personal checks.
Q: Who do I make the payment out to?
A: All payments are made out to Desert Springs Realty (unless otherwise notified).
Q: How late can I make a payment without incurring a late fee?
A: All tenants have the first five days of each month to make their rent payment without late fees. The late fee is applied on the sixth day of each month.
